WHAT WE DO:
The CWIP's Women’s Leadership Mentoring Program (WLMP) is a one-year opportunity that pairs nonprofit professionals with mentors and mentees. The WLMP includes two cohorts: Emerging Leaders and Mid-Career Leaders. The WLMP committee oversees the various activities, including pairing and professional development for all participants, and organizes social events to provide networking opportunities.
The WLMP Committee is made up of past participants in the program. We encourage those interested in joining the committee to apply to be a mentor or mentee first. Please contact wlmp@cwiponline.org if you have any questions about committee service.
