WHAT WE DO:

The CWIP Communications Committee partners closely with other CWIP committees, as well as the board, to amplify and elevate the issues, topics and current events that impact our membership, locally and globally. In coordination with these stakeholders, the Communications Committee produces the bi-annual CWIP e-newsletter, as well as supporting outreach to members, social media content and impact reporting for the organization. Our committee meets once a month for one-hour (typically in the morning on the fourth Friday of the month, skipping July and December). We are always looking for new members who enjoy writing, newsletter design, and content creation/promotion via LinkedIn and other social media platforms– as well as those interested in supporting broader efforts to define and use the CWIP voice effectively. This is an ideal committee for anyone who wants to make a difference and get more involved but has limited time.
