Courage Centered Dialogue Series: How Diversity Trainings Go Wrong

Have you ever attended a diversity training and left confused and upset, or unclear about what the training was trying to achieve? Do you sometimes wonder if diversity training does more harm than good? If so, we invite you to join us on Friday, December 7th to listen and learn from a panel of experts who will discuss the most common ways diversity training can go wrong, as well as how to address or prevent these challenges when they arise.

Moderated by Maricar L. Ramos, Chicago Public Schools.

Members of the larger philanthropy and nonprofit community, including people of all genders, are encouraged to attend.
