The Age of Social Sector Collaboration: Perspectives on Gender and Generational Expectations
This event is sold out. Thank you to everyone who registered.
How does a woman’s age, career tenure, and/or generation intersect with her roles and personal identities within a social sector workplace?
This event will kick off with a conversation among social sector leaders about their experiences, observations, and questions about intergenerational dynamics and challenges specific to working relationships in the sector. Panelists will discuss how age and tenure differences affect relationships among staff teams and Board members, organizational partners, fundraisers and donors, and program staff and participants. The conversation will also touch on how age and tenure show up in context of other individual and group identities.
Following the panel, event participants will join in roundtable discussions building on the topics surfaced in the panel discussion. CWIP will provide prompts to support the roundtable conversations if needed.
