What We Do

A hallmark of the organization is that egos and titles are checked at the proverbial door so that open conversations can take place between members of different levels and backgrounds. As a volunteer driven organization, we work together to make the following programs possible by serving on committees: 

• Programs:  Our Women’s Leadership and Mentoring Program, Annual Luncheon, Annual Meeting, networking forums,  technical-assistance workshops and ongoing advocacy offer opportunities for continued learning, professional development and networking. Learn more about our programs. 
  
  
• Committees: CWIP's Annual Luncheon, Communications, Membership & Resource Development, and Program & Capacity Building committees are busy throughout the year providing opportunities for sharing knowledge and resources. Learn more about our committees.
  

All CWIP activities are funded by membership dues, special grants, contributions, in-kind contributions, workshop fees and program fees.
